Legal Due Diligence
Should you find a property and wish to move forward with a purchase, we recommend that you instruct a qualified solicitor straight away. Your solicitor will perform a full conveyancing service, thus ensuring the legality of the property and a smooth purchase process. Over the years we have developed strong relationships with local solicitors in all of the destinations we serve, we are happy to recommend their services, or help you find alternative independent solicitors
Mortgage & Finance
